Even though The Mortgage Office® will prevent anyone from entering transactions to a loan with overdue rate or payment adjustments, this report alerts you ahead of time of loans that may have "fallen through the cracks" and are now overdue for rate or payment adjustments. In addition to the end-user report options, the loans selected for this report **must meet**, as a minimum, one of the following **criteria**: - The next **rate change** date must be less than or equal to the next payment due date. - The next **payment adjustment** date must be less than or equal to the next payment due date. - The next **payment** **recast** date must be less than or equal to the next payment due date. ### To generate the Loans Overdue Calculations Report: - Click on ![running](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TMO%20APP%20Icons/running.png?width=19&height=19&name=running.png) **Loan Servicing** in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®. - Click on **Tasks & Reports**. - Click ![print](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Icons/print.png?width=15&height=15&name=print.png) **Loans Overdue Calculations Report** located underneath the **Adjustable Rate Mortgages** section. - Select **All Loans** or **Selected Loans by Account** from the drop-down list. TIP: When you choose Select Loans by Account you must enter starting and ending account numbers in the **From** and **To** input fields. You can enter the same starting and ending account number to select a **single** loan, or you can enter a logical range to select **multiple** loans. For example, if you enter HBT as the starting and ending accounts, all loans with account numbers starting with HBT will be included. - The next drop-down allows you to choose **All Indexes** or select an **individual** index. NOTE: If you select a **single** index, then **only** the adjustable rate loans tied to this index will be included in the report. - Check ![square-check-solid](https://help.themortgageoffice.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Icons/square-check-solid.png?width=15&height=15&name=square-check-solid.png) **Exclude Borrowers on Hold** to exclude all borrowers that have been placed on hold; otherwise, uncheck this box. - If necessary, use the **Select Categories to Include or Exclude** dialog to include or exclude loans based on their categories. NOTE: Categories are keywords or phrases that help you create logical loan groups.
