How to create a new message in the inbox grid?
This article discusses how to create a new message to send to online portals.
You can send messages to your borrowers, lenders and partners through the Online Portals in The Mortgage Office®.
To create a new message:
- Select
Online Portals in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®. - In the drop-down, click Messages.
- In the Messages grid, make sure the drop-down in the upper right of the page shows Inbox.
- From the buttons at the top of the Inbox page, click
New to open the New Message dialog. - Below is a table of fields and descriptions available for use:

Click To... and select a recipient from the list, then click TIP: See How to use lookup windows? |

| Subject | In the Subject box, type the subject of the message. |
| Message | In the large box, type the Message. |
| Priority |
From the Priority box, select the importance of the message from the drop-down. The options are:

Click to Print, Preview, or Email the message. TIP: Click here to learn more about print preview windows. |

| Click to Send the message. | |
| Click Cancel to abort. |
