How to copy a SmartView™?

This article discusses how to copy a SmartView™ in Loan Servicing.

TIP: Instead of using Add to create a new SmartView™ from scratch, you can save time by copying an existing SmartView™ with similar properties and then using the Edit function to customize it.

To copy a SmartView™:

  • Click on the running Loan Servicing drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  • Click the Loans drop-down.
  • Click the Loans SmartViews drop-down. 
  • Click on Manage SmartViews.
  • In the Manage Loan SmartViews grid, select a SmartView™ in the grid.
  • Click COPY TABLET two pieces, with button border Copy from the button menu choices at the top of the page.
  • Enter a display name for the new SmartView™.
  • Click OK to Copy the SmartView™ or click  or the black X Exit in the corner of the assistant to exit.
