TIP: Instead of using Add to create a new SmartView™ from scratch, you can save time by copying an existing SmartView™ with similar properties and then using the Edit function to customize it.
To copy a SmartView™:
- Click the
Mortgage Pool Servicing drop-down in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®. - Click on either; the Shares Owned, the Capital Based, or the CMO drop-down, depending on the type of SmartView™ you want to copy.
- Click the SmartViews drop-down.
- In the SmartViews drop-down, click Manage SmartViews.
- In the Manage SmartViews grid, select a SmartView™ in the grid.
- With the Manage SmartViews grid open, click
Copy from the button menu choices at the top of the page.
- Enter a display name for the new SmartView™.
- Click
to Copy the SmartView™ or click 
or the 
in the corner of the assistant to exit.
