How to Configure Your Time Zone
The Time Zone setting controls how dates and times are displayed throughout your account, including loan activity timestamps, automated payment schedules, notices, and e-signature audit trails. Setting the correct time zone ensures that records are accurate and consistent for your team and your borrowers.
Before You Begin
You must be setup as Supervisor or have Tools -> Options -> User Preferences access to modify Options settings.
Organization-level setting. The time zone you configure here applies to your entire organization account. Individual users cannot override it. Contact your system administrator if you need to change it.
Step-By-step Instructions
Follow the path below to reach the Time Zone setting:
Options › General › Regional tab › Time Zone
Note: As of now these settings currently function in Loan Servicing, not Fund Management or Loan Origination.

Open Options
Click the gear icon (Options) in the top navigation bar. The Options dialog will appear. -
Go to General
In the left-hand sidebar, click General (the first item in the list). -
Select the Regional tab
At the top of the General panel you will see three tabs — General, Broker Information, and Regional. Click Regional. -
Choose your Time Zone
Click the Time Zone dropdown and select the time zone that matches your organization's primary operating location. Time zones are listed in UTC offset order. -
Save your changes
Click OK at the bottom-right of the dialog to apply the setting. Click Cancel to discard any unsaved changes.

Tip: The Regional tab also lets you set your Locale (which controls date format, mm/dd/yyyy vs dd/mm/yyyy) and Currency Symbol. Review these while you're here to ensure all regional settings are consistent.
