What are the general ACH Express options?

Use ACH Express in the left panel of The Mortgage Office® to custom-tailor certain functions of ACH Express to your company’s needs and requirements.

To edit the general options:

  • Click cog Options located on the right top of the window. 
  • In the left panel of the cog Options window, click university ACH Express to view General options for editing.
    • Create Balanced File. Check this option if you want to create a NACHA or CPA file in which the debit entries offset the credit entries.

NOTE: Before enabling this function, be sure to check with your ACH service provider.

    • Use scheduled date as transaction date. Check this option if you want to use the scheduled debit date as the transaction date. 
    • Fax Transmittal Phone. Enter the phone number you want printed on the facsimile transmittal form.
  • Click OK OK or Apply to save the changes made or click Cancel to exit without saving.
