How to create an ACH fax transmittal?

This article discusses how to create an ACH Fax Transmittal.

It is a good idea, and a requirement of some ACH/CPA service providers, that you send via fax a signed and dated Fax Transmittal report in conjunction with each ACH transmission.

To print the ACH fax transmittal:

  1. Go to university ACH Express in the left panel of The Mortgage Office®.
  2. From the grid, select the ACH file you want to create the Transmittal Report for.
  3. At the right-hand top of the ACH Express page, click the print button and choose Print Facsimile Transmittal from the menu.

Tip: You may reprint the facsimile transmittal at any time.
