Creating and Using Loan Statuses

Loan Statuses are customizable and are there to help you track the progression of your files (e.g. from Application to Funded).

TMO comes pre-loaded with some, but you may edit, add & delete to make it match YOUR business and flow.

NOTE: 3 statuses cannot be change due to coding.

1. Application Received (this is tied to the online application portal)

2. Closed (this is tied to the Transfer To Servicing function)

3. Unassigned (a bucket for any loans you neglect to assign a status to)
