Autopay Visibility in Borrower Portals
This article reviews how Borrowers can view Autopay details from directly within their portal.
What is Autopay?
When Borrowers are enrolled in EFT/ACH direct debits, their online portal reflects this by including mentions of "autopay" where relevant.
Important Note: Autopay configuration is only activated in TMO at this time. Borrowers are unable to enroll in autopay or establish their payment configuration through the portal. The portal functions to provide visibility about their current autopay settings.
Autopay Visibility in the Portal
When a loan is enrolled in autopay, this is reflected in the portal a few different ways. Here we'll take a look at these different inclusions.
Loan Overview
The first location that borrowers will see this is in the loan's Upcoming Payments at the top of their portal Overview page. This section reflects the autopay frequency as well as the upcoming payment date and amount.

Your Loans
At the bottom of the Overview page is a section for Your Loans, where borrowers see their loan(s) reflected. Loans enrolled in EFT direct debits will show Autopay Active next to the loan number, as well as the Autopay Status, Amount, and Next Debit Date.

Loan Details
After clicking the blue Loan Details option at the bottom of the loan breakdown, the borrower is able to see additional autopay details. Here they'll see the same autopay indicators as in Your Loans, with additional information particular to their banking details, such as account and routing number.

Make a Payment Screen
Autopay details are also reflected in the Make a Payment screen to help remind borrowers of their autopay details. In addition, a warning indicator is above the manual payment section to help prevent duplicate payments.
