Coming Soon: Using AFX Title Reports
This article explains how to activate and use TMO's title report integration with AFX.
Activating the Integration
You activate AFX reports in the Options settings for your TMO database.
Important: These options aren't available by default. For early access with the AFX integration, please contact your Account Manager.

You'll find this setting at Options > Integrations > AFX Reports. When you're ready to activate the integration, toggle Enable AFX Reports to the ON
position.

Using the Integration
With the integration active, there are two places to request a report:

The Overview page of a loan
- The Properties associated with a loan
Both options live within the loan file.
Requesting a Report from the Overview Page
From the Overview page on a loan, select the
button in the top-right corner, then choose AFX Property Records.

The properties on the loan appear alongside a Request Report option. Clicking Request Report sends the property data to AFX to begin the title report process.

Note: If any errors arise with the data sent to AFX, AFX will use the servicer's contact information to follow-up directly.
After you request the report, an status entry appears next to the property showing the report as In Progress. Typical report turnaround time is around .43 days.

Using the Integration from the Properties Tab
When you open a property on the loan, you'll see a new AFX Reports tab. From this tab, you can request a report directly from the property record. This sends the same property data to AFX to begin the report, just as it does from the Overview page.

The status and attachment behave exactly as they do on the Overview page: the property record shows In Progress while the report is being pulled.

Tip: Whether you request the report from the Overview or Properties section of the loan, statuses and hyperlinked reports are reflected in both locations.
Accessing Completed Reports
Once a report is completed, its status changes from In Progress to Received, and a hyperlink takes you directly to the PDF report from AFX. When every report associated with the property shows a status of Received, a + Request Again button becomes available to initiate subsequent reports.

All completed reports also attach directly to the property record's Attachments for reference.
